✨ELYSIANS! CONGRATS Y'ALL! Final Decision from the school about our Long-awaitied Yearbook 🎖As we promised, we are now here to announce about the final decision of the yearbook issue after a long discussion with the school. First of all it's known that all of us and the school have been facing problems concerning our yearbook. The reasons to those were the recent high inflation of paper price and mainly the school's inability to discuss with us nor the publisher to calculate the actual price of the yearbook that was before a year which was the big reason for this all. As a result, the cost of the yearbook couldn’t level to the money that was collected. 🎖 Therefore, after several meetings with the committee, the publishing company and after much consideration of majority students' opinion and related things, the school has come to those decisions. 👉The Yearbook (hardcopy) version will be terminated and we will have a Digital Yearbook for the first time. The editorial team has finished every preparation to release it now. 👉 The money that was collected from students will be refunded deducting only 100 birr for the effort that was put in making the yearbook (service charge), for some yearbooks which are gonna be in the school administration offices and for a graduation frame of the batch which is gonna be displayed in the library. 👉 The money (650 birr) will only be refunded to parents via their bank account and all students should fill out the form which is gonna be available starting from next Tuesday, October 25 in Abera's Office. ♦️ U guys should fill out your full name upto grandfather, your parent's full name preferably father's, their account number (Only Commercial Bank of Ethiopia) and ur signature. Remember that your parent's name and account number should coincide otherwise the bank won't transfer the money to the account if they find it to be some one else's. ⚠️Fill the form ASAP starting form next week if u want the money back soon. As u guys all know we were waiting for our yearbook as it was being published but now we just received a news from the school that the money we paid for the yearbook before months was not found sufficient for the whole process of the publishing because the publishing materials and paper price has been increased much which has made the process soo hard and the school told us to tell u guys that there will be some money increment that's gonna be expected from as all and we will let u know guys how much it's gonna be when we receive the official decision and we will attach the details here. 👉Forward this to your friends.
