When you're new to trading or less experienced, it's almost like a drug, you want to be involved in every move, trade it up, trade it down, and when it's not looking good, you'll still think you can scalp it. This is a big problem for most traders, FOMO will kill your account guaranteed.

Reminder: Don't trade anything and everything, pick the best, leave the rest. Don't trade blind, don't over leverage, control your greed and your emotions. Discipline is what will make you money as will sitting on your hands if you have to. Cash is a position in markets, it's a strategic position so don't think you have to trade everyday.
