Weissenborn confirmed Reiner Füllmich's statements and was a witness for the defense. Finally, the chairman read out the preliminary legal assessment of the case, which can only be regarded as devastating. PART 2 of the SHORT REPORT from the trial day in the proceedings against civil rights activist Dr. Reiner Füllmich (May 3): THE TRICKY COURT - after it became clear that the loan agreements between Füllmich and the company actually existed and that he was authorized to conclude these agreements, the court changes its prosecution strategy.
