'1: match begins

Bruno Fernandes: "We all know how tough it is to play against his [Dyche's] teams. I played against him when he was at Burnley already and I know how tough he is and the players believe in the way he wants to play." [BT Sport]

Bruno Fernandes: "We have to make it tough to play against us at Old Trafford. We have to do it, again and again. We want to push as high as we can as we know which position we want to be at the end of the season." [BT Sport]

Ten Hag on Bruno Fernandes' new role: “He played there against Newcastle and against Fulham. We miss Casemiro, we miss Eriksen, so we have to find a balance in the middle and I think Bruno is doing a good job over there.”

Bruno Fernandes: “Every game is important to give our best to get the three points.” [BT Sport]

Ten Hag: "We are in the top four. We are in the quarter-finals of the Europa League. We are in the semi-finals of the FA Cup. We already have a trophy." [BT Sport]

Ten Hag: “We are in a perfect situation. We couldn't expect to be in this situation when we started last year, let’s be honest.” [BT Sport]

Ten Hag: “We have to work on the personality of the team [in away games].” [BT Sport]

Ten Hag: “We have goal scoring players in our squad. Also we have worked on our scoring abilities, but also have to think about the transfer market.” [BT Sport]

Ten Hag: “Antony has already scored a couple of goals, I think 7 or 8 goals, scoring in big games. Not bad for a winger in his first season – against big opponents: Barcelona, an important goal against Betis.” [BT Sport]

Ten Hag: “He [Maguire] has to dominate his opponent in and out of possession because that is his status and that is his reputation.” [BT Sport]

Ten Hag: “He [Maguire] can deal with all his opponents. He just had to bring it on the pitch. I’ve seen so many [good] things on the training ground and also in games.” [BT Sport]

Ten Hag on starting Maguire: “The thinking is we have the most crazy schedule of all the #PL teams, we have three games to cover in six days, which is not right, but we have to deal with it.” [BT Sport]

Ten Hag on starting Maguire: “He played against Fulham, he played against Betis, he’s playing for England, so he is fit and ready to play.” [BT Sport]
