خطوات تركيبات الاسنان الخلفية وانواع البيرات المستخدمة لتغليف الاسنان بمادة ال PFM او الزيركون --------------------------- احنا متفقين ان التركيبات الثابتة Crown &Bridge تعتمد على طريقة تحضير الضرس قبل اعتمادها على الQuality بعد ماتأكدت ان الضرس Indicated لل FULL CROWN PREPARATION: سنقوم بعمل 6 خطوات اساسية مهمة مهما كان نوع التركيب PFM..Zircon وعلاش فكنا منهم 6 هلبه ؟ لانها سبب رئيسي فى نجاح التركيبة واطالة عمرها متفقين .. تمام ^^ STEP NO : 1 The occlusal reduction should follow the configuration of the geometric inclines that make the occlusal surface of any posterior teeth. .هنا نقوم بوضع علامات على كل الCusps وكدلك ال grooves باستخدام Tapred RE مقدار ال Reduction ..حوالى 1/2 ال bur -------------------------- STEP NO : 2 Functional cusp bevel with round-end tapered diamond. Failure to place this bevel can produce thin casting or poor morphology. .خطوة مهمة لاعطاء ال Space الكافية من ناحية ال buccal بواسطة Tapred RE ومهمة من ناحية ال Esthatic ايضا -------------------------- STEP NO : 3 Buccal and lingual walls are reduced 0.5 with the round-end tapered diamond.The sides of the diamond will produce the desired axial reduction while the tip forms the chamfer finish line. .هنا نقوم بالبرد تقريبا 1/2 ال Diamond bur فى الغالب 0.5 زاوية البرد peripendicular --------------------- STEP NO : 4 Initial proximal axial reduction with short needle diamond followed by the round-end tapered diamond. .هنا حنبدا بال Needle bur 0 لان المسافة صعبة وضيقة ونتفادى انه انسبب Damage للاسنان المجاورة تم خنختم بال Tapred RE -------------------------- STEP NO : 5 Seating a groove to increase the retention. .هنا نقلل من الانحناءات خاصة على السطح ليزداد الثبات اكثر -------------------------- STEP NO : 6 Axial finishing- round-end tapered diamond. All axial surfaces are smoothed including all point angles. The finish line should be smooth and continuous لابد من تنعيم الضرس وحندير Roundation لل Sharp angels من الاعلى لغاية ال Finish --------------------------- ملاحظة .. لو اعتمدنا على ال Tapred RE يمكن الحصول على ال Chamfer F.L اما لو اعتمدنا على ال Tapred Flat E يمكن الحصول على ال Shoulder F ---------------------------

All ceramic restoration راح نتعرف عليه من أكثر من ناحية 🔴طيب شو هو وايش يستخدم وايش خصائصه وكيف بيتم تصنيعه وايش ال advantages & disadvantages بتاعته⏬⏬ 🔴Definition\ ⏩porcelain backed on ceramic crystalline core. 🔴طيب لايش يستخدم ⬅بنستخدمه لكل الاسنان " anterior and posterior". 🔴طيب شو اللي بميزه ⬅بيعطينا good strength , ideal esthetic زي ما انتو شايفين بالصور 🔴اها طيب خلينا نشوف كيف بيتصنع " processing techniques" ⬅عنا أكثر من طريقة لل fabrication / ▶▶sintering ▶▶heat pressing" inceram and impress" ▶▶slip casting ▶▶CAD/CAM 🔴طيب خلينا نشوف المميزات بتاعته" advantages"/ ▶▶biocompatibility يعني بيسببش ضرر لل tissue يعني مش toxic يعني فش harmful effect. ▶▶superior esthetic جمالي جدا لانه لا يحتوي على metal.يعني ▶▶superior hardness and wear resistence يعني مش سهل يصيرلو fracture مع الاستخدام. ▶▶many forms يعني بنقدر نصنعه عاكتر من شكل ممكن inlay أو onlay أو crown. 🔴بعد ما شفنا هالميزات الحلوة خلينا نتعرف على بعض عيوبه " disadvantages"/ ▶▶high cost غالي جدا لان المواد اللي بتستخدم في تصنيعه غالية وكمان الأجهزة غالية جدا. ▶▶excissive reduction need. ▶▶most systems are not suitable for constructing long span bridge. يعني في حالة ال bridge فترة حياته قصيرة
