Self care is not a luxury, it’s a responsibility. We MUST feed ourselves, rest our bodies, wear comfortable clothing, not overwork ourselves, reside in comfortable shelters, and de-stress as much as possible, as often as possible. Cutting corners with your health and comfort to reach your goals is actively destructive behavior that we need to stop glorifying. This is not a game.
