| 5 |  وزارت خارجه امارات متحده عرب آنچه را «حملات خصمانه مجدد» ایران با موشک و پهپاد بر کویت و بحرین خونده، محکوم کرده است.
شبکه الجزیره، روز دوشنبه، ۲۰ جولای، گزارش داده که این موضوع را وزارت خارجه امارات متحده عرب در بیانیهای ابراز کرده است.
براساس گزارش، وزارت خارجه امارات حملات ایران را بر کویت و بحرین «نقض آشکار حاکمیت کشورهای برادر و تهدیدی برای امنیت و ثبات آنها» خوانده است.

| 6 |  وزیر امور خارجه فرانسه اعلام کرده که دو کارمند سفارت این کشور در تهران برای چند ساعت از سوی نیروهای امنیتی ایران بازداشت شدهاند و این اقدام را نقض مصونیتهای دیپلماتیک خوانده است.
الجزیره روز دوشنبه، ۲۰ جولای، گزارش داده که ژان نویل بارو، وزیر امور خارجه فرانسه، پس از این رویداد به ایران درباره پیامدهای این اقدام هشدار داده است.
بارو گفته است که دو کارمند سفارت فرانسه در ایران هدف «اقدامی بسیار جدی برای ارعاب» از سوی نیروهای امنیتی ایران قرار گرفتهاند.
او گفته است که این اقدام «نقض آشکار مصونیتهای دیپلماتیک» بوده و با مقامهای ایرانی در این مورد گفتوگو کرده است.
وزیر خارجه فرانسه تاکید کرده است که این «نقض جدی و غیرقابلقبول» در برابر سلامت و مصونیت کارمندان دیپلماتیک این کشور نمیتواند بدون پیامد باقی بماند.

Fox News reported on Monday, July 20, that the two service members were Isabella Gonzalez, a 19-year-old soldier, and First Lieutenant Tyler James Feehan, a 25-year-old soldier in the US Army.

Over the past four years, the Taliban have consistently spoken of economic development, self-sufficiency, and attracting foreign investment, yet at the same time they have pursued policies that contradict the requirements of sustainable development. The ban on girls’ education, the exclusion of women from a large portion of the labor market, extensive restrictions on the media, the suppression of civil society, and the absence of political participation are not merely human rights issues; they also directly affect the country’s economic development capacity. How can a country that deprives half of its human capital of education and economic activity speak of sustainable development?

| 16 | Afghan politics has produced a class of actors who can best be described as “disposable intermediaries of power.” The phrase may be sharper than conventional political language, but it captures a clear reality: people with no intellectual foundation, no lasting loyalty to national, historical, or religious values, and no principled commitment to any political movement. New groups appear under new names, and people who were part of yesterday’s machinery of failure return dressed as saviours. They enter so-called “national coalitions” through old networks, money, media access, and willingness to bargain.
