| 3 | BundesPARTEItag 2023: Auf nach Europa (und ins ZDF)!
Die PARTEI kam am vergangenen Wochenende in Mainz (bei Wiesbaden) zusammen, um eine sehr gute Liste für die nächste Europawahl zu bestimmen. Als Spitzenduo wurden Martin S. und Sibylle Berg auserkoren, auf den weiteren Plätzen konnte eine Gruppe Wagners rekrutiert werden. Insgesamt darf sich die Bundeswahlleiterin auf Wahlunterlagen von mehr als 200 Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten freuen.
Die „F.A.Z.“ berichtet: „Es gilt als wahrscheinlich, dass wenigstens die beiden Spitzenkandidaten einen Sitz bekommen. Eine Sperrklausel, gegen die Die PARTEI ohnehin in einem laufenden Verfahren klagt, gibt es frühestens bei der übernächsten Wahl 2029.“
Und um dieses Ereignis gebührend zu feiern, spendierte das „ZDF“ Freikarten für den Fernsehgarten. Was dann passierte, ist hier zu lesen.

| 4 | Sperrklausel? Nein Danke!
Nachdem weder Bundestag noch Bundesrat unseren Argumenten („Die Sperrklausel stinkt und ist deutsche Gesetzgebung durch die europäische Hintertür!“) zugänglich waren, versuchen wir es etwas substantiierter (auf 65 Seiten) beim Bundesverfassungsgericht.
Darüber berichten unter anderem „Der Spiegel“ und das „Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland“; die „Augsburger Allgemeine“ liefert zudem einen lesenswerten Kommentar.
