To all channel members, administrators, and the Telegram support team: Dear members, this space is an exclusive platform dedicated to the exchange of technology in line with EU regulations. We are committed to strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Telegram Platform Rules, and to a purely technical discussion orientation. The following is an insurmountable bottom line: prohibiting the publication of content that violates EU laws and regulations,Debate on political topics, dissemination of violent or discriminatory information, and infringement of intellectual property and personal data rights are prohibited. Our team uses a dual mechanism of "pre-launch compliance audit + real-time content monitoring" to ensure that the channel is fully compliant with EU digital regulatory requirements and platform policies. Recently, we have found that there is a risk of violation: some users deliberately incite others to submit false reports to this channel, and even fabricate false reasons such as "data processing in violation of GDPR" and "dissemination of non-compliant technical information".I hereby solemnly declare that all the statements, private messages and related acts that incite false reports have been completely saved through the channel background logs and screenshots. If such malicious conduct results in the restriction, enhanced review or temporary ban of the channel, we will immediately initiate the compliance appeal process and submit a complete chain of evidence to Telegram officials, including the record of conduct, the channel content compliance report and the description of the applicability of the EU Directive, to fully prove the compliance and innocence of the channel. Since its inception, this channel has focused on legitimate technical communication.
