if the size of the Sun is the dot of a single letter "i" in a book, a regular print book. The Milky Way Galaxy would be as big as the Earth...

Removed GPT 5.5 cuz it was very costly! it was better to give the others more browsing ability and more data and headroom to compute than keep this model

For those of who are not developing for IOS because of the need for mac... you can use Github Actions:
You can accomplish this using GitHub Actions. Since GitHub provides macOS virtual environments (runners) for its CI/CD workflows, you can trigger a build directly in the cloud whenever you push code.

Awareness: they know they have a problem but dont know how to fix it
Consideration: they know the solution but are comparing
Decision: they are ready to purchase...
the When in this framework also includes the exact timings of your campaigns... when are you posting, what season are you pushing more for courses? what time are you sending out flyers etc...
Why: should the customer care, what are you solving for them (the pain point) and why is this campaign running? lead generation, Brand awareness etc...
How: are you executing this? where does the budget come from?, is this a video? a photo? a flyer? email....
This is just a small overview of this marketing campaign framework. when you go deep in each concept you begin to solve almost all your problem on your marketing dept.
so when these guys solved the why and what for their dept they solved most of their problems they had flyers in the offices and classes, the flyer contained all info for the client so the client knows, in detail, what to expect. their employees knew how to engage and help clients... even tho this solved most problems there were other things waiting for them...
now this is just the beginning and there are alot of things to tackle... i hope i gave you an overview of what marketing is and where to initially start... while i plan to tackle alot of concepts and problems we were facing... im planning to talk about it at a later date since its almost 4AM rn!
I hope you enjoy this and i would love to hear from you guys...
Note:
SWOT Analysis is a tool used to diagnose internal capabilities alongside the external market realities:
Strength: What advantages do you have
Weakness: What are your vulnerabilities or lacking in
Opportunities: What can you exploit? market trends and gaps
Threats: what competitors and economic shifts can harm you?
a swot analysis can be used in any department not just interior design!

So today i woke up at 8pm. after a day attending to personal matters i got back home around 4 pm and slept till 8. once i woke up there were no lights (elpa 😭) so i was just looking around the community, and also drowning in my own thoughts , until i saw this post on NEX's channel but by that time the lights came. so i did what anybody would do...
which is to do the dishes...
while i was standing there 12 AM, doing the dishes, half naked, i was thinking about the post and throughout my professional career we all had this problem from time to time... we had products, services and businesses to sell, or promote and we would all get stuck along the way and i wanted to share that here.
This is around 3 years ago and we had this productive collection of a friends group. so these three were CEO's of this Interior Design Firm (ID) they also had classes where they teach a short 3 month Interior design Crash Course. and another two in Digital Marketing, Branding and Graphic Design (one goes on to win the 3rd Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship Program and secure 60k usd in funding) these guys also had courses...
while these guys were my friends, literally, they were all older than me and i worked under them as a fellow Graphic Designer... but we all worked at the same building so we would always meetup at lunch and would share everything related to our productivity.
Everything from Personal development, human psychology, marketing, management, Customer service, Fundings, personal finance, System design and implementation on a firm, all the legals of opening up a business and everything in-between... Marketing is one of them cuz thats the only one what drives sales (or so we thought at first)
The thing that drove us more into marketing was to increase sales. and the first flaw we found in all our models or in all our businesses was we didnt have proper identity. in other sense we did not know what we were selling, properly. we didnt define it enough that we were selling everything to everyone, we had problems explaining exactly what we did, we had no Value, Mission or Vision for the said firm or company. that was the first thing we had to fix... we were facing problems with how the clients were perceiving our services. we understood the gap between what the client was thinking we did, and what we actually did...
the first one's to implement this were the ID's, the interior designers... so they started defining what the firm is, what exactly they did, defined their Goal, mission, values and vision. they explained how they provide the service and all the walkthrough... so whenever a client comes up they know what they would get (Supervisions, 3D of the interior design, Dimensions and plan, detailed expenses and materials to use, their payment system and consultancy throughout). the client also knows how they do this so the first week is research (SWOT Analysis) and interviews with the client, then there were rough plans and ideation, then the actual 3d designing process, revisions with the client and approval from the client, then detailed expenses and a list of good Furniture providers, Painters, Contractors etc...) now they solved most problems they were facing which was that the client thought that they did everything like the furniture, handling of workers, painters, all the signs, importing materials and buying the materials. this cleared out everything for the client but also for their interns and employees... they also cleared out the What, and the Why of their Marketing Campaign Framework...
this is the framework Who, What, Where, When, Why and How.
Who: is your target audience, the buyer persona, demographic and so on
What: are you selling and What is the core message for this specific campaign.
Where: are your channels or mediums of this campaign? where do you find your Who? on tiktok, through door to door, Facebook, Convention Centers, billboards, specific websites etc...
When: this is tricky... at what stage is the customer's buying journey? the stages are:

Repost from KKYK
So, for the past two days, Claude and I have been building an app
I called it SMS GUARD
There are too many unnecessary messages nowadays, and it's tiresome checking your phone to see three identical Telebirr messages, and so on. I was really tired of them, so I built an app.
My first idea was just to silence those messages but to filter and silence them, the app had to be the default messaging app. In that case, I also had to implement sending and receiving all messages. So, if you don't mind making this app your default messaging app, try it out. There are 40+ addresses that are silenced by default you can remove them or add new addresses if you want. It's also open source.
Hope you like it.
This app works 100% offline.
