hello‚ g’mornight everyone! pray before you sleep ha, and also ask God to watch over you while you’re sleeping. i just woke up kasi i experienced sleep paralysis‚ even though naka side yung position ko. and that was my FIRST TIME. before, sabi ng kuya ko na if ever ma experience ko raw ’yun‚ i should try moving my fingers or hands. pero nung tinry ko‚ sobrang hirap nilang igalaw‚ and i couldn’t even open my mouth. nung parang nawawalan na ako ng strength‚ i stopped. then i saw this black shadow coming toward me‚ so i closed my eyes and prayed. after that‚ i tried moving my hand again‚ then nagising ako. thankyou God, my savior.
i immediately ran to Papa’s room and woke him up kasi i felt like the black shadow i saw was still there. nandito na ako ngayon sa tabi nila, and i’m still in shock.
