There’s so much more to life than that, and it’s exhausting watching people reduce their entire existence to it. I’d rather be around people who are focused on becoming someone, building something, and having a life of their own.

I wish the only people around me were people who actually cared about themselves, their own lives, their goals, and where they’re headed. People who had something going on besides constantly talking about love, relationships, partners, and sex. I honestly have no interest in being surrounded by people whose entire personality revolves around who they’re dating or who they want
