All branches of anterior division of mandibular nerve are motor except: buccal nerve (sensory). All branches of posterior division of mandibular nerve are sensory except: nerve to mylohyoid (motor)

All extraocular muscles of eye are supplied by oculomotor nerve (III) except: superior oblique (IV - trochlear) & lateral rectus (VI - abducent)

All muscles acting on TMJ are supplied by mandibular nerve except: geniohyoid (C1).

-All muscles of mastication protrude the mandible except: Temporalis → retraction. -All muscles of mastication elevate the mandible except: lateral pterygoid → depression.

All infrahyoid muscles are supplied by Ansa cervicalis (C1,2,3) except: Thyrohyoid (C1 descends hypogloss

Geniohyoid & Thyrohyoid by C1 (descends hypoglossi

Posterior belly of digastric & stylohyoid by nerve to stylohyoid (facial nerve).

Anterior belly of digastric and mylohyoid muscles by nerve to mylohyoid (inferior alveolar).

Trapezius & sternomastoid muscles are supplied by spinal part of accessory nerve

All muscles of neck are deep to investing layer of deep fascia except: platysma in superficial fascia.

All face & scalp are supplied by external carotid artery except: forehead by internal carotid artery [supratrochlear & supraorbital].

All face has no deep fascia except: parotid & buccopharyngeal fascia.

All skin of the face is supplied by Trigeminal N except: skin of angle of mandible by great auricular (C2/C3) cervical plexus.

All muscle of pharynx are supplied by pharyngeal plexus of nerve except Stylo-pharyngeus by glossopharyngeal nerve

All muscle of the tongue supplied by hypoglossal Nerve (12) except palatoglossus muscle supplied by palatine plexus

All muscle of palate supplied by palatine plexus except tensor palati supplied by mandiblular Nerve ( branch to medial pterygoid)
