The bacteria are acting like tiny Velcro balls in the intestine and they may stick to some plastic particles so they leave through poop instead of potentially crossing into tissues But it also made me raise an eyebrow a little.…. Kimchi is often talked about as a super healthy fermented food yet South Korea has one of the highest stomach cancer rates in the world with salty fermented foods being one of the factors researchers have looked at 🤔. That’s why I’ve always been a little cautious with it. But now this kimchi bacteria thing has me curious. If it actually holds up, I might have to give it another chance
