🔹ICD = Inner Canthal Distance
🔹Distance between the inner corners of the eyes.
🔹OCD = Outer Canthal Distance
🔹Distance between the outer corners of the eyes.
🔹IPD = Interpupillary Distance
🔹Distance between the centers of the pupils.
🔹PFL = Palpebral Fissure Length
🔹Length of the eye opening from inner canthus to outer canthus on one eye.
🔹Quick idea:
🔹Telecanthus = inner corners look far apart → ICD increased, but the actual eye/orbit spacing is normal → IPD normal, OCD normal.
🔹Orbital hypertelorism = the whole orbits/eyes are truly far apart → ICD, OCD, and IPD all increased.

🔹Tetanus toxoid / Td immunization schedule — easy note
🔹TT1 / Td1 → at first contact, or as soon as possible during pregnancy.
🔹TT2 / Td2 → at least 4 weeks after TT1.
🔹TT3 / Td3 → at least 6 months after TT2, or during a subsequent pregnancy.
🔹TT4 / Td4 → at least 1 year after TT3, or during a subsequent pregnancy.
🔹TT5 / Td5 → at least 1 year after TT4, or during a subsequent pregnancy.
🔹Important note: TT has recently been replaced by Td vaccine, with the same schedule.
🔹Easy memory:
🔹1st contact → 4 weeks → 6 months → 1 year → 1 year
The second dose or any booster dose of TT can be given to the pregnant lady, if due, at least two weeks before delivery
After delivery the remaining doses should be given as in the schedule
