A veteran of the leaden seventies, one of the last surviving "black" militants. now Old Guard grown to 85! It all began in Padua, at the law faculty. Italy of those years was a rare place where revolution breathed both red and black. Freda joined the MSI and left it with the same bitter taste as the fighters of the Red Brigades who left the Communist Party. Because true rebellion does not tolerate parliamentary gilding. Julius Evola and René Guénon gave him metaphysics and an ideal. Mao and Che Guevara the tactics of gunpowder and the method of lead. Plato concreted the resulting structure. Proverbs from the Croatian Futurist and Avantgardist Janko Polić published In the "Lacerba" literary journal, which supported the emerging Futurist movement and was closely associated with it's leading figures such as Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, Ardengo Soffici and countless others. The proverb fragments of Polić were included under the pseudonym of 'Gian Paolo' and entitled 'Accenni'.

Today, January 30th, marks the 93rd anniversary of Adolf Hitler and the NSDAP's taking of power in Germany. This was not the simple change of government that has been seen on countless other occasions. January 30th, 1933 represented a total change in mindset. This was not a government that was concerned with implementing its dogmatic economic policies, or with enriching its members via theft of public funds. The National Socialist takeover was the first time in world history that a government had the survival and evolution of the Aryan race as its sole guiding principle. The importance of this change in mindset can not be overstated. In 1943, Antonin Artaud wrote a letter to Adolf Hitler from the psychiatric clinic in Rodez, recalling a meeting they had one afternoon in May 1932 at the Romanische Café in Berlin,(as yet to be verified) when Adolf had not yet come to power. Antonin Artaud was an French futurist, widely recognized as a major figure of the European avant-garde, he was also very interested into fascism for its fanaticism and strengthening of national culture. ⨁ FB

happy birthday to the exotic Italian Filippo Tommaso Marinetti! As the founder of Futurism, Marinetti developed a cultural shockwave that reshaped poetry, visual art, typography, performance, and the very idea of what modern art could be. With the Futurist Manifesto in 1909, he declared war on stagnation academic formalism, and inherited aesthetic reverence. In their place, he elevated speed, machinery, electricity, youth, violence. These were not only his words, but his actions remain strong being both an artist and a soldier, fighting against the struggle of black power in Ethiopia and volunteered against bolshevism.
