I was on a job recently working for one of the biggest general contractor’s in the United States and their safety person on the job site was a 40/50yr old Hispanic women that spoke extremely unintelligible broken English. She seemed like a very Biden era entry into the country and she had a bunch of traditional American style tattoos which really threw me for a loop cause I had never really seen anything like that before. She only ever harassed the White guys on site about not wearing hi viz or saftey glasses and she would eat lunch underneath a shade tree with all the Mexican laborers. Real glimpse into the future moment.
