The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) (https://hkust.edu.hk/) is a world-class university excelling in science, technology, business, humanities, and social science. Shanghai Jiao Tong University Global College (formerly known as University of Michigan-Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute) has opened their 2026 application cycle. Majors: The Electrical and Computer Engineering program is supported by the EECS Department of UM and EIEE School of SJTU. It is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://www.abet.org. The Mechanical Engineering program (hereinafter aslo referred to as ME program) is fully supported by the ME Department of the UM and the ME School of the SJTU.
