For Growrh chart 1. Plot the chart accuratly . 2.Identify the growth state (On the 25th precentile , just below the 10th percentile , between the 50th and the 75 ... ect ) 3.Avoid using the term of (Normal reeding) EVEN if the child is on 50th perentile , you can not judge by a single reeiding. 4. You always need other previous or future reeding . 5. If the reeding is below the 3rd or above the 97th precentiles , it seems to be abnormal , so you need follow up for clinical evaluation . 6. If any between the 3rd and 97th >>> It seem to be normal , but I need further measurment for clinical evaluation . 7. You also have to answer the question about the case it self , for example a case of congenital hypothyroidism with growth parameters , after you plot and comment , never forget to answer the questions about the case it self (what is the diagnosis , what are the facial features shown in picture , whar is the Rx .... ect )
