Given A periodic digital signal. If a pulse width is 40μs and a period
of 160 μs. Determine its frequency, bit rate and duty cycle. How could
you increase the bit rate by 50%?

Consider Bit rate 100kbps, Packet size 2000bits, what is the time
required to send 5 successive packets (i.e., total transmission time)
if the time interval is 10μsec?

Consider One file of K>>1 bits must be sent from A to C. The
file is decomposed into packets of P bits each. Each packet contains 16
error-control bits, 32 bits of address and sequence number, in addition to the P data bits.
1- How many packets can be transmitted; if K=500Bytes and maximum packet size is 1000bits? Show each packet format.
2- If the hop time for each packet is 1sec, what is the total time required to send this file over a network of three nodes, from Source
to Destination.
