"A strange kind of autobiography, a way into knowing myself through the lens of what I cared about and a reminder for all those times I forget who I used to be." http://t.me/BluChtBot?start=6fa4a803b8dfae8e

There are more possible games of chess than there are atoms in the universe. No one can possibly predict them all, even you. Which means that that first move can be terrifying. It's the furthest point from the end of the game. There's a virtually infinite sea of possibilities between you and the other side. But it also means that if you make a mistake, there's a nearly infinite amount of ways to fix it. So you should simply relax and play.
Is it just me or do you guys also plan your entire day around your workout?
Idk man maybe they are right and the only cheat code in life is to maintain momentum and stop thinking.
The tricky part is that every crisis/phase you experience in life feels unprecedented. You may have gone through similar processes before but that won't guarantee that you can pull this one off as well. Every single time, you have to find a new way to get yourself out of it and bear the suspense and the uncertainty all over again. And then there is no finish line where you can finally take a breath and be glad it's over, everything can (and will) come back to you when you least expect it and catch you off guard when you feel settled and comfortable.
Guys the whole point behind this channel is me gaslighting myself into believing I can complete the simplest tasks on the planet. Please don't mistake it for those unsolicited motivational pep talks we all despise.
I think at some point you have to realize that some people are assholes just for the sake of it and no amount of communication, compassion, consideration or compromise is gonna change that fact.
The audacity of this guy to smile like that after writing such a heart-shattering, mind-blowing, gut-wrenching, soul-breaking story.
