因维护成本过高，Google 宣布完全移除 Linux 7.4 内核中的 binder.c 驱动，并开始转向 Rust 背景: binder.c 是 Android IPC 的核心驱动 (大约有 ~11k LOC 代码量)，此次被 Google 完全 RIIR 标志着 Rust 将正式进入 Linux 核心驱动程序。
