We took off from Bale Robe peacefully but I noticed that we weren’t landing at the usual time. The person sitting next to me told me it might be cuz of air traffic but my mind immediately started coming up with all kinds of negative scenarios😭i was thinking maybe sth was wrong with the airplane’s tires, the pilot wasn’t skilled enough and forgot how to land, the engine wasn’t working properly, blah blah😭so I got scared bcuz of all these imaginary scenarios. And to make it worse, the pilot kept yawing the plane for a long time wc made me dizzy and I was about to throw up😵‍💫then I fell asleep and woke up when we landed😁 i was honestly shocked by how many negative thoughts my mind had created out of literally nothing🤦‍♀
