المخرج اندريه يبرر سرقته للمشهد ومعظم قصة فيلم Perfect Blue على أنها تكريم للمخرج ساتوشي والمضحك أن ما ذكر اسمه بالفيلم فشلون تبرير فاشل هذا، ونولان يبرر سرقته لمشاهد وقصة Paprika بأن اني چنت اكتب الفيلم من قبل ما ينزل فيلم Paprika وهذا هم تبرير فاشل. يعني لو ما هذا المخرج ساتوشي چان هسة ماكو فيلم اسمه Inception ولا فيلم Requiem for a Dream.
