Don’t forget about the solar eclipse this evening. While not a total eclipse in Ireland it will still be 90+% depending on where you are in the country. I got solar eclipse glasses for all the family in Astronomy Ireland yesterday. DO NOT look directly at the sun even with sunglasses or you’ll do irreparable damage to your eyes. Not even when it’s 90+%. If you do not have the specially designed glasses something as simple as a colander will project the sun onto a plain surface for you to see safely. We have been banned from X for the above reasons but are appealing, thanks for all the support. We get notifications for DMs still, but can't read or open them. It's interesting that last week the Executive Council of Australian Jewry attacked us in a submission to a parliamentary committee (their accusations are false and we were in the middle of responding when we got banned), and then today ECAJ co-CEO Alex Ryvchin shows ADL boss Jonathan Greenblatt around Bondi. Probably just a coincidence though as there is no way Australia's most powerful and censorious Jewish lobby group would ask the ADL to pressure X into banning an independent media outlet, and no way Elon Musk would allow such a thing on his free speech platform.
