. امنیت دیجیتال و اطلاعات ​فریب اخبار فیک رو نخورید در جنگ، فقط منابع رسمی یا خبرگزاری‌های معتبر رو دنبال کنید نقشه‌های شهر و مسیرهای خروج رو روی گوشی به صورت آفلاین (Offline Maps) دانلود کنید ​ یک نقطه ملاقات یا یک روش تماس جایگزین با عزیزانتون تعیین کنید تا در صورت قطع شبکه تلفن، بدونید کجا همدیگه رو پیدا کنید ​در صورت قطع اینترنت جهانی یا شبکه‌های موبایل، باید ابزارهای جایگزین داشته باشید میتونید ​اپلیکیشن‌های پیام‌رسان آفلاین مثل اپلیکیشن‌هایی مثل Bridgefy یا Briar رو نصب کنید این برنامه‌ها از طریق بلوتوث و وای‌فای بدون نیاز به اینترنت یک شبکه محلی بین گوشی‌ها ایجاد می‌کنند تا بتونید تا شعاع ۱۰۰ متری با اطمینان پیام بدید

. ایمنی فیزیکی، استحکامات و پناه‌گیری اصولی ​در زمان وقوع درگیری‌های نظامی، خطرات اصلی شامل موج انفجار، ترکش‌ها، ریزش آوار و شکستن شیشه‌ها هستن. برای به حداقل رسوندن این خطرات، بهتره که اقدامات زیر رو انجام بدید ​الف) شناسایی و آماده‌سازی اتاق امن باید بدونیم ​در هر واحد مسکونی، یک نقطه نسبت به سایر نقاط امن‌تر است. این نقطه رو پیدا و تجهیز کنید شرایط این نقطه به این شکل که باید نقطه‌ای رو انتخاب کنید که کمترین تعداد پنجره رو داشته باشد (مثل راهروهای داخلی، حمام یا سرویس بهداشتی بزرگ، یا زیر پاگرد پله‌ها) ​ پناه گرفتن کنار دیوارهای ضخیم اصلی (دیوارهایی که وزن ساختمان را تحمل می‌کنند) بسیار ایمن‌تر از دیوارهای نازک جداکننده است ​ در اتاق امن، هرگونه تابلوی سنگین، لوستر، یا قفسه‌هایی که به دیوار پیچ نشده‌اند رو حذف کنید تا در اثر لرزش روی سر شما سقوط نکنن ​ب) مهار شیشه‌ها (بسیار حیاتی مخصوصا اگذ تو منطقه خطرناکی زندگی میکنید ) ​بیشترین آمار آسیب‌دیدگی در انفجارهای شهری ناشی از پرتاب خرده‌شیشه است میتونید در صورت امکان ​چسب‌کاری به روش X رو انجام بدید و با استفاده از چسب‌های پهن کارتن، روی تمام شیشه‌ها علامت ضربدر (X) بزرگ بزنید این کار باعث می‌شه اگر شیشه شکست، به جای پودر شدن و پرتاب شدن به سمت شما، قطعات بزرگتر به هم چسبیده باقی بمونه ​اگر امکان داره، پشت پنجره‌ها رو با تخته‌های نئوپان یا پتوهای ضخیم بپوشونید تا در صورت شکستن شیشه، پتو مانع ورود ترکش‌ها به داخل اتاق بسه جالبه بدونید ​ باز نگه داشتن لبه‌ی پنجره (به اندازه چند سانتی‌متر) باعث می‌شه فشار هوا در اثر موج انفجار تخلیه شده و احتمال شکستن کل شیشه کمتر بشه ​ج) پناه‌گیری در زمان حمله و پروتکل 30 ثانیه ​اگر صدای آژیر یا انفجار شنیدید، معمولاً چند ثانیه طلایی برای واکنش دارید ​ بلافاصله روی شکم دراز بکشید، دست‌ها رو پشت سر بگیرید و دهان خودتون رو کمی باز نگه دارید (برای تعادل فشار گوش و ریه) ​مبل‌های بزرگ و تشک‌های تخت می‌تونن به عنوان سپر در برابر ترکش‌های سبک عمل کنن ​اگر در بیرون از خونه هستید به هیچ‌وجه به سمت ساختمان‌های با نمای شیشه‌ای نرید کنار یک دیوار بتنی صلب دراز بکشید یا در صورت وجود جوی آب عمیق، داخل اون پناه بگیرید اگر در برج زندگی می‌کنید، طبقات میانی امن‌تر هستن طبقه آخر به دلیل احتمال برخورد مستقیم و طبقات همکف به دلیل لرزش‌های شدید آوار خطر بیشتری دارن اگر ساختمان شما زیرزمین بتنی داره اونجا بهترین پناهگاهه. اما دقت کنید که زیرزمین باید حداقل دو راه خروجی داشته باشه تا در صورت ریزش درب اصلی، حبس نشید ​د) امنیت در برابر حریق ​ در صورت شنیدن صدای انفجار نزدیک، بلافاصله شیر اصلی گاز رو ببندید. آتش‌سوزی بعد از انفجار معمولاً خطرناک‌تر از خود انفجاره حتماً یک یا دو کپسول آتش‌نشانی (ترجیحاً حاوی پودر و گاز) در دسترس داشته باشید و نحوه کار با اون رو یاد بگیرید ​

. آمادگی لجستیکی (تجهیزات و منابع) ​در زمان جنگ، زیرساخت‌ها یعنی دسترسی ما به برق، آب، گاز اولین چیزهایی هستند که ممکنه مختل بشن ​ذخیره آب و غذا رو جدی بگیرید برای هر نفر حداقل ۳ لیتر آب در روز ( که میشه برای ۲ هفته) و غذاهای خشک، کنسروی و پرکالری که نیاز به پخت‌وپز ندارن (مثل خرما، آجیل، بیسکویت و شکلات ) تهیه کنید یه چیزی وجود داره تحت اسم ​کیف اضطراری Go Bag به این شکل که شما باید یک کوله‌پشتی آماده داشته باشید شامل ​کپی مدارک شناسایی در کیسه پلاستیکی زیپ‌دار ، ​چراغ‌قوه با باتری اضافه و پاوربانک شارژ شده ​رادیو جیبی (برای پیگیری اخبار در صورت قطع اینترنت در صورت دسترسی ) ​جعبه کمک‌های اولیه (شامل باند، ضدعفونی‌کننده، داروهای ضروری) و البته ​پول نقد چون که در بحران، سیستم بانکی و پوزها از کار می‌افتن برای همین باید همیشه مقداری پول نقد در دسترس داشته باشید
