 Community Growth Manager
Zemenay is looking for a Community Growth Manager to join our team. We’re looking for a proven growth professional who can build and grow communities, drive engagement, and turn community activity into measurable results.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in community growth, audience development, or growth marketing
• A track record of successfully growing online communities or audiences
• Strong understanding of community engagement, retention, and growth strategies
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and turn them into actionable initiatives
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven approach to measuring and improving growth
• Experience with social media and online community platforms
Salary: 35,000–40,000 ETB per month
Position: Full-Time
Location: Open to candidates internationally

Zemenay is expanding our talent community and is looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team in a 100% remote, full-time position.
We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, a good sense of storytelling, and the technical skills to turn raw footage into polished, engaging content across major social platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for creating thumbnails and graphics
- Strong understanding of color correction, audio editing, motion graphics, and transitions
- Ability to edit and optimize content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Strong knowledge of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings
- Good attention to detail and consistency in visual quality
