Hi guyss i cleared my spom set a today(fresher for law) Just some tips on my understanding for spom hope it could help you 1) There is no proper weightage for spom ( also asked fellow mates eho appeared before) Module 2 chp > Module 1 chp 2) Fema a big pain, i personally didn't study ,but surprise it came for around 16 marks- but dw what you can do is rev video of and all mcq from wherever you can get Pls note- mcq on ecb,mam bps are not available any where so just cover this 3 topics additionally coz icai plays with mind he knows majority of people will leave this 3) not a single q of dormant and nidhi in my paper so people thinking ke ye aaenga pls a req not to make any assumptions just fo each and every thing dont priorotize any thing 4) sebi penalty a bonus for us coz you can easily learn and out of all q of sebi majority are of penalty 4) Ibc and fcra dont leave for fresher both chp you can do in 10 hrseffectively 5) some small small topics dont avoid have a read atleast 6) company law according to me Rem,winding up,all the calcn effective cap,etc imp in any paper you will find this q 7)co law is imp but none of my friends or i got as much q from there 35 marks mostly from such a huge part 8) last thing dont worry try to just get 20 q right by this imp topics mentiond above you can easily get other 10 marks just by reading once other subj 9) ps- i can be wrong coz. Who am i to make strategy against icai but if this theory will definitely not fail you 10) dont hurry in booking slots min time req for fresher to prepare 8-9 days atleast it is huge syllabus ALL THE BEST TO ALL FUTURE CA's
