"በማህፀን በር ጫፍ ካንሰር ሰዎች ሲሰቃዩ ሲሞቱም ተመልክቻለሁ ካንሰሩ እንዳይከሰት መከላከል ይቻላል?" አዎ ካንሰሩ ሳይፈጠር ቅድመ ምርመራ በማድረግ እና ተገቢውን ሕክምና በማገግኘት መከላከል ይቻላል? ይህም ቅድመ ምርመራ የ ፓፕ ምርመራ (PAP smear) ይባላል በ ፓፕ ምርመራ ወቅት ምን ይጠብቃሉ? የፓፕ ምርመራ የማህፀን በር ካንሰርን ሊያስከትሉ የሚችሉ በሴሎች ላይ ቀደምት ለውጦችን ለመፈለግ  የሚረዳ ምርመራ ነው። ይህ ምርመራ የፓፕ ስሚር ተብሎም ይጠራል። ከማህጸን ጫፍ ውስጥ የሴሎች ናሙና መሰብሰብን ያካትታል ። ለፓፕ ምርመራ እንዴት መዘጋጀት አለብኝ? • ከምርመራ በፊት ቢያንስ ለ 2 ቀናት የግብረ ሥጋ ግንኙነት አያድርጉ። • ያልተለመዱ ህዋሶችን ላለማጠብ፣ ከምርመራው በፊት ከ2 እስከ 3 ቀናት ውስጥ በብልት የሚገቡ መድሃኒቶች ወይም ቅባቶችን አይጠቀሙ ። • ንፅህናን ለመጠበቅ ሲታጠቡ የብልትን ውስጠኛ ክፍል በውሃ ወይም በሌላ ፈሳሽ የማጠብ ስርአትን አያድርጉ። #የፓፕ ምርመራ ለማድረግ በጣም ጥሩው ጊዜ የወር አበባዎ ካለቀ ከ 5 ቀናት በኋላ ነው። #በፓፕ ምርመራ ወቅት የፓፕ ምርመራው ጥቂት ደቂቃዎችን ብቻ የሚወስድ ሲሆን ፣ምቾት ላይኖረው ይችላል, ግን ብዙውን ጊዜ ህመም አይኖርም ።  በምርመራው ጊዜ የማኅጸን በር የእይታ ምርመራ ካደረጉ በኋላ፣ ሀኪምዎ ፣ ስፔኩለም የሚባል የመመርመሪያ መሳሪያ ካስገቡ በሁላ ፣ በጥጥ ወይም የማኅጸን ብሩሽ በመጠቀም የማኅጸን ጫፍ ላይ ያሉ ሴሎችን ናሙና ይወሰዳል። ይህም የማህፀን በር ካንሰር በተለምዶ የሚፈጠርበት ቦታ ነው። #ከፓፕ ምርመራ በኋላ የፓፕ ምርመራ ካደረጉ በኋላ ወዲያውኑ መደበኛ እንቅስቃሴዎችዎን መቀጠል ይችላሉ። ከፓፕ ምርመራዎ በኋላ ትንሽ መጠን ያለው ደም መፍሰስ ሊኖርብዎት ይችላል። የፓፕ ምርመራው ያልተለመዱ ህዋሶችን ካሳየ እና የ HPV ምርመራው አዎንታዊ ከሆነ፣ ከዚያ በላይ ተጨማሪ ምርመራዎችን ሊያሰሩ ይችላል። @FitunH @FitunH @FitunH

#ERMP 2023/24 Finally, after a long journey of registration followed by exam and choice revision, we’ve arrived at the most awaited step of ERMP 2023 - Matching! We would like to congratulate all matched candidates for being successful in joining a residency program in this year’s ERMP! The merit-based matching is done using the ERMP matching algorithm & your matching result is displayed here with a table of maximum & minimum grades of matched candidates for each specialty & university. Candidates who remain unmatched will wait for the coming year's ERMP since there will not be any reserve candidates for any specialty this year. Please be reminded that for those of you who wrongly filled in your years of experience (by adding extra months or years), your work experience figure is corrected to the actual year of experience by the ERMP team before matching (as per the attached letter of experience). If you want to change your sponsorship, or if you have any complaint about your matching result, you can make a call to the Ministry’s Hotline at 952 during the appeal week of January 19-25, 2024 working hours. Announcement to ERMP 2023 Examinees: We would like first to congratulate all candidates who took both Part I & Part II MCQ exams for being able to sit for the exam which was conducted nationally on December 26, 2023, in 15 hubs. Out of those 2407 eligible candidates a total of 2188 candidates were able to sit for the exam. The ERMP team collected the results from each exam hub and compiled them together. Thus, you can check your exam result which is displayed across your user ID. Result is not posted for those candidates who didn’t take Part II; they are considered as incomplete & aren't eligible for matching. If you have any complaint on your result, you can call to the Ministry’s Hot Line (952) from January 2-8, 2024 on working hours notifying your name, User ID, result & exam hub.
