Homemade Italian salad
Ingredients:
Sauce:
Olive oil - 30ml
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
Basil - 0,5 tsp.
Garlic - 1 clove
Parmesan - 20g
Black pepper to taste
Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
Filling:
Romano salad
Sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.
Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Cherry tomatoes - 150g
Cheese - 150g
Smoked beef sausage - 100g
Olives - 70-80g
Chicken Breast with Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
3 breast fillets
1 onion
300g mushrooms
300ml cream 20% fat
Salt and spices to taste
Cheese to taste
Method:
Cut the chicken filet lengthwise. Pound well.
Salt and pepper both sides and lightly fry on both sides in a little vegetable oil.
Fry onion until transparent, add mushrooms and continue frying. When ready, add cream, salt and spices to taste. Cook for about 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Place the chicken in a baking dish, put the sauce and cheese on top. After that, bake it in the preheated to 200 degrees oven for 15 minutes.

Chicken and Vegetable Pasta
Ingredients:
Pasta - 250g
Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
Zucchini - 1/2 pc..
Sweet bell pepper - 1/3 pc.
Red onion - 1/2 pc.
Cream (20% fat or more) - 300g
Curry - 1 tsp.
Cheese (any semi-hard cheese) - 70g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Cut zucchini, bell pepper and onion into cubes. Cut chicken in strips.
2. Boil pasta in salted water for a minute less than indicated on the package.
3. Roast the chicken slices, season with salt and pepper. Add vegetables and fry together until golden. Pour the water from under some pasta water, cream, curry, and stir.
4. Combine with pasta, sprinkle a little cheese, and serve.
Pear Cake with Chocolate
Ingredients for the 24cm cake:
3 eggs
180g sugar
25g natural (white) yogurt
100ml sunflower oil
50ml milk
250g flour
bag of baking powder (15g)
pinch of salt
4 pears (800g)
60g dark chocolate
20g almonds or other nuts
powdered sugar
Method:
Mix the eggs with sugar until a light thick mass using a mixer.
Add the yogurt, sunflower oil and milk, combine.
Add flour sifted with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Chop the chocolate bar with a knife, peel and slice the pears.
Add the chocolate and half the pears to the batter and stir to combine. Pour the dough into a baking form lined with parchment paper or just buttered.
Place the remaining pear slices in a circle on top and sprinkle with the chopped pecans.
Bake in the preheated to 180 degrees oven for 50-60 minutes (until skewers, on upper and lower heat).
Eggplant and Mozzarella
Ingredients:
• eggplant - 1 pc.
• tomato - 3 units.
• mozzarella - 100 g.
• garlic, basil, paprika, salt - to taste
• olive oil - 3 tbsp.
Method:
1. Place the eggplant circles on parchment paper.
2. Grease them with a mixture of crushed garlic, basil, paprika and olive oil.
3. Put the tomato and then cheese slices on them.
4. Bake at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
Potatoes and Meat
Ingredients:
• potatoes - 500g
• turkey/chicken/veal - 500g
• cherry tomatoes - 250g
• salt, spices - to taste
• Onion (optional) - 1 pc.
Method:
1. Slice the potatoes and meat into random pieces. Cut the tomatoes in half.
2. Place meat, tomatoes and potatoes layer by layer in a baking form.
3. Sprinkle with salt and spices, bake in the preheated to 180 degrees oven for 40 minutes. You can sprinkle more cheese on top and garnish with greenery.
Cheesecakes with Chocolate Filling
Ingredients:
• cottage cheese - 180g
• egg - 1 pc.
• sugar - to taste
• flour - 2 tbsp.
• chocolate
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
2. Form the cheesecake, putting a piece of chocolate inside.
3. Fry the cheesecakes on both sides on a low heat.
Cottage Cheese and Herbs Roll
Ingredients:
4 pitas
500g cottage cheese (I took home-made)
100g soft cheese
2 eggs
70g greens (dill is best)
Salt
Method:
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl, crack one egg, salt, and add soft grated cheese, shredded dill. Miix everything thoroughly.
Divide the stuffing into 4 portions.
Spread the stuffing on pita, stick the edges and make a roll, brush well with egg and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes!
