Pregnancy induced hypertension can be as a result of dimethylation of dietary methionine leading to a sharp rise in blood homocysteine levels.
High blood homocysteine levels is implicated in idiopathic hypertension.
If you like take HBP medications from now till forever, you won’t solve this. Instead it will just be you managing till it gets out of control.
Solution—Methylation.
Supplement with Trimethyfolate during pregnancy or Trimethylglycine before pregnancy.
This can protect you from homocysteine complications like preeclampsia, fetal growth abruptions, miscarriages, etc.
