The current issue with the route quality is due to a large number of tracebacks we recently received on our primary route.
At the moment, we’ve temporarily switched traffic over to a backup route while we work on restoring the main one. We’re aware that the backup route quality is not ideal, but our team is actively working on bringing the primary routes back online as quickly as possible.
The good news is that we already have a strong lead on the main route, and we expect to get things back to normal very soon.
Apologies for the inconvenience and the current route situation. This was an unforeseen event, and the volume of tracebacks came unexpectedly.
