❗️A Telegram bug is causing Android devices running the latest version of the Telegram application (version 8.8.5) to not open or save downloaded files containing "apostrophe ( ' )" in them. Hopefully, Telegram will fix the issues soon, but in the mean time, use Telegram Desktop or Telegram X or a "lower version" from the official Telegram APK channel, all of which are unaffected by the bug.
