Dear investors, Please accept our sincere apologies for the recent issues on withdrawals and while we appreciate your patience, we’d like to draw your attention to the latest developments. Despite the unforeseen circumstances due to the pandemic and the aftermath in a global scale and our unfortunate mistakes on the launch of the token which caused more issues than help, we at unique finance still are committed to our obligations towards our clients and to solving current issues we had several meetings with our mother company, GPM and today we’re able to announce the followings. In response to withdrawal issues in recent months, we triggered the “Capital Protection Scheme” through GPM, and since the circumstances were deemed to be “out of control” and “unforeseen” by the journey panel of the underwriter, it is now activated for all of our clients. All clients who are impatient for Unique Finance to get back to normal can now lodge their claim by checking their dashboard. In other cases, those who bought out other accounts can also lodge their opposition by following the appropriate link in their dashboard. Other updates include: - From March 15th, ATS will be deactivated for accounts that earned 100% of their initial deposit. - Withdrawals will be halted entirely from today to March 2024. - From March 15 2022 to March 2024, new enrolments are in form of 45% RC, 10% Bitcoin, and the rest from balance. This will not change until March 2024. We should also mention that we’re still working to improve UNQT and until then, UNQT will be temporarily out of the enrolment process. From 5th November, all accounts will be given 2 options to choose from. Convert their account to BTC/RC pair or continue the current RC/Token pair. Starting from 8th November, new enrolments will be done either by 80% BTC/ 20% RC or 80% Token/ 20% RC pair. Accounts that choose to use the BTC/RC pair, will get their ATS returns in BTC and commissions in RC during their 2 years term. Accounts that choose to use the RC/Token pair, will continue to receive ATS returns in UNQT and commissions in RC. Current account holders will have 48 hours to choose which pair they want to use from now on. Upon agreeing with the BTC/RC pair, RC, Stock and UNQT wallet will be flushed to zero and the stock wallet will be negative according to the account balance. Current accounts will get extra 2 years term extension free of charge if they chose the BTC/RC pair. All accounts are remain frozen during this 48 hours so everyone will have an opportunity to choose their options.

Starting from October: All commissions and rewards will be released into RC wallet on 2nd of each calendar month. New share acquisition and top ups are done through UNQT wallet with proportion of %30 RC and %70 UNQT. Withdrawal and Sell Stock will be merged and you may withdraw in UNQT any of the stocks sold. Withdrawals are open on first of each month and will be calculated based on market value of UNQT. UNQT rate will be synced with market. Income Meters can be charged with UNQT. We will no longer accept on chain UNQT transactions due to latency. You need to deposit UNQT into your UNQT wallet to use it. Hope these changes makes it easier for our valued clients to grow.
