LET'S TALK ABOUT GYM!!!
I don't know, what perspective you have about the gym. But listen to this.
GYM is definitely for building muscles, gaining muscle mass, weight control, reducing fat, mobility, endurance, etc. Everybody knows. Nowadays some people if they are seriously not healthy want to stay as they are. I don't understand why people don't have the mindset that we should improve. If you can't do self-care, what impact can you create for others? Like everywhere you go- if you do self-care, people think subconsciously and prioritize you by your appearance.
If you really don't have time to head to the gym then you can exercise at home. But seriously we are not that punctual to perform proper exercise daily. But it can be done.
I am just saying that if you can go to the gym just GO. Take the first step. Let me be your brother advising you just visit for one day and exercise. If you really like then go further.
Also from my personal and people who are going to the gym just tell me how the gym is beneficial for our mental health. It just can't explained. Those who go to the gym know it better.
