The LAST Amended section of 10 U.S.C. §12302 is Executive Order 13912. He holds that Command until: Revised Revoked Rescinded Mission Accomplished If “Joe” was President, his EOs: 14097 and 14102 about Reserves to Active-Duty should be found under §12302. 👉🏻 They’re not.
