12 በኢትዮጵያ 56 በመቶ የሚሆኑት ተማሪዎች ምንም አይነት ቃላት ማንበብ እንደማይችሉ አንድ ጥናት አመላከተ፡፡
የሀገር አቀፍ ፈተናዎች ኤጀንሲ አደረጉት ባለዉ ዓመታዊ ጥናቱ ላይ እንደገለፀው በኢትዮጵያ 56 በመቶ የሚሆኑ የ 2ኛ እና የ 3ኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎች ምንም አይነት ቃላት ማንበብ እንደማይችሉ አረጋግጫለሁ ብሏል።
የሀገር አቀፍ ፈተናዎች ኤጀንሲ በተጠናቀቀው በጀት ዓመት ሲያከናዉን የቆየዉን ጥናት ይፋ አድርጓል ። በዚህም ከትግራይ ክልል በስተቀር በተለያዩ የሀገሪቱ ክልሎች የሚገኙ 401 ትምህርት ቤቶች እና በ 16 ሺህ ተማሪዎች ላይ በተደረገ ጥናት ዉጤቱ መገኘቱን አስታዉቀዋል።
ይህ ቁጥር ከባለፉት አመታት ጋር ሲነፃፀር በመጠኑ መሻሻል አሳይታል የተባለ ሲሆን ከሁለት አመት በፊት የተደረገው ጥናት ምንም ማንበብ የማይችሉት 63 በመቶዎች እንደነበሩ ጥናቱ አመላክቷል። | 3 907 | 8 | Loading... |

" የ2024 ESP ማመልከቻ ማስገባት ይቻላል " - የአሜሪካ ኤምባሲ በኢትዮጵያ
በኢትዮጵያ የአሜሪካ ኤምባሲ የEducation USA Scholars Program (#ESP) 2024 ማመልከቻ ክፍት መሆኑን አሳውቋል።
ESP በአካዳሚክ ጠንካራ የሆኑ የሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት ተማሪዎች ወደ አሜሪካ ኮሌጆች እና ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች #እንዲያመለክቱ የሚረዳ የአራት ሳምንታት የሥልጠና መርሃ ግብር ነው።
ዓላማውም ደግሞ የነገዋን ኢትዮጵያ ለመገንባት የሰለጠኑ እና ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ዝግጅት ያላቸውን መሪዎችን ማፍራት እንደሆነ ኤምባሲው አመልክቷል።
ከአመልካቾች 20 ከፍተኛ የአካዳሚክ ብቃት ያላቸውን ኢትዮጵያውያን ተማሪዎች በኤምባሲው ይለያሉ። ተማሪዎቹ በአካዳሚክ ሪከርዳቸው፣ እንዲሁም በኢንተርቪው እንዲለዩ ይደረጋል።
ከጠቅላላው 20 የመጨረሻ እጩዎች መካከል፣ 15 ከፍተኛ ብቃት ያላቸው፣ በኢኮኖሚ የተቸገሩ ተማሪዎች ከመደበኛ ፈተናዎች፣ ከአሜሪካ ቪዛ ክፍያ ጋር የተያያዙ ወጪዎችን በሚሸፍነው የOpportunity Program Fund (#OPF) ፕሮግራም ተጠቃሚ እንዲሆኑ ይመረጣሉ።
የመጀመሪያዎቹ ጥቂት ስኬታማ ዕጩዎች ወደ አሜሪካ የራውንድ ትሪፕ ትኬት ያገኛሉ።
ቀሪዎቹ 5 ተማሪዎች በስልጠና ፕሮግራሙ ላይ #በነጻ ይሳተፋሉ ነገር ግን የዝግጅት ወጪን ከራሳቸው ምንጭ ይሸፍናሉ። የሞባይል ዳታ ወጪዎች ለሁለቱም የፕሮግራም ተሳታፊዎች በኤምባሲው ይሸፈናሉ።
