🥮Oatmeal-cheese curd biscuits
Ingredients:
2-5% cottage cheese
banana 1 pc
oat flakes
honey
water or milk
nuts/fruits/seeds
Preparation:
🔹Put the cottage cheese and cereal in a bowl, add some milk/water and honey and knead into a smooth mixture.
🔹Grate banana and add.
🔹Spoon it onto a baking tray and grease it with butter.
🔹Preheat the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

🍳Squid in sour cream
Ingredients:
1 kg squid
1-2 carrots
couple of small onions
sour cream
salt, pepper mix + coriander
herbs, garlic
Preparation:
🔸Grate carrots on a coarse grater, chop onion in half rings and sauté until almost cooked.
🔸Chop the calamari. Put calamari into almost ready vegetables, salt, season with spices, add sour cream, stew for 3-4 minutes.
🔸Chop the parsley, dill and garlic.

🍮Kefir jelly with fruit
Ingredients:
600 ml kefir
1 banana
4 strawberries
4 prunes
8 cherries
30 grams of gelatine
Preparation:
▫️Slice all the fruit and place in the dessert tray.
▫️Soak the gelatine, then heat and add to the kefir.
▫️Pour the kefir gelatine mixture over the fruit.
▫️Put into fridge.

🍗Meat loaf
Ingredients:
1.5 kg minced chicken
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
pepper
leeks
herbs
salt
Preparation:
♦️Mix well and put into the moulds.
♦️Cover with baking paper and place in a preheated 180C oven for about an hour.
♦️Take it out, lay strips of low-fat hard cheese on top, sprinkle with dry provincial herbs and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese has melted.
