A little story about my summarised experiences on telegram and trying to grow my channel that I felt may be worth relaying. I have tried on and off trying to grow this channel with varying degrees of success. To me, my problems are that though I have a lot to say, I feel there are people out there more intelligent than I already putting these thoughts out there and I don't need to add to the entropy, but also I am pushing ahead with a niche business idea that has required a lot of R&D and shitposting on telegram just takes away from my own energy to do my important IRL shite. But the main point i wanted to get across is this. In a sense, the key to undertakig any enterprise, whether it be a business, a telegram channel etc. that you wish to grow requires the same set of principles : a clear vision of the desired outcome, and time and energy to get to that goal. The vision is normally easy enough; you can conceptualise that in the time it takes to take a shower. The time and energy to get to that goal is the difficult part so let's focus on that. Taking the example of a business, beyond a certain point it is essential to have staff to carry your vision forward. It is difficult to find staff that would be as enthusiastic as you are to carry your vision forward because frankly, they have different outcomes for them if you are successful. The entrepreneur of the operation benefits most from the success, whereas any plebian employed receives only their hourly wage for compensation. So one will never find a person so enthused for your success as you are. Hence the reason why a lot of businesses get off the ground; the person who is required to carry the whole operation has no one who believes in him, and he scarcely believes in his own abilities to succeed also, so it is doomed from the start. To find good admins on telegram or any type of social media content creator that makes actual quality content is difficult for a few reasons. First, because the people with the ability to make the content are usually in short supply, but the people willing to drain themselves of their virile scrolling through content is an unending pit. Perhaps put differently, most people live in the middle of the IQ bell curve, and it takes the final 5% of the bell curve to produce actual quality content. So if we take that final slither of the population who are high IQ, we find that roughly speaking they are separated into two types: employable people and disagreeable autists. The employable type have no time because they are busy with work, and the disagreeable ones hate communicating. And of those two groups there are only a few that actually feel the need to be shit posting on twitter or telegram.
