No matter if having cold symptoms or sinus congestion with a runny nose, these can make life miserable. Natural decongestants with out the side effects of big pharmaceutical companies and with great taste. Natural remedy that can relieve sinus pressure and stuffy noses without the nasty side effects of Big pharma medications. There is always that occasion something as simple as a couple of extra pillows to sit up in bed will help, however just sometimes we need something more for wellbeing and happiness.
Adults can use this remedy with the exception of pregnant women and nursing mothers. Children are more sensitive, and sometimes refuse strong flavored drinks, so simple remedies are best for kids.
Inflamed blood vessels in the sinuses. Cause nasal congestion.These blood vessels swell and trap mucus, leading to a stuffy nose and congestion.
The following recipe can give relief to congestion add a little heat and it will reduce inflammation, and become a real infection fighter.
When it comes to hot drinks , they help to thin mucus in your nasal passages, making them easier to clear.
Tomato tea is full of anti-inflammatory, antioxidants and antimicrobial and with a bonus this time, lt actually tastes pretty good.
Tomato tea 💓💓 this is a hot drink with spicey herbs. A combination of healing herbs plus tomato juice 😘 good for , colds, cough sore throat, sinus/ear infections Serve warm and Sip slowly while inhaling the medicinal vapors. to help loosen sinus congestion.
Simple ingredients for great results.
tomato juice... 2 cups.
lemon juice.....1 tablespoon
garlic... 1 large clove or 2 crushed.
cayenne.....just a pinch for taste
ginger.... 1 tea spoon grated
salt and pepper if required.
Its always nice to use fresh ingredients so do the best you can.
Add different herbs for taste Coriander, parsley, basil etc.
Suitable saucepan, add tomato juice or can of crushed tomatoes heat until rolling boil but not boiling.
Add garlic, ginger to tomato.
Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and turmeric or ginger.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Let the tea simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to come together. Strain and remove the solids , if you like.
Pour the mix into a mug and sip it slowly while it's still warm

Clean Eating Meal Series - Snacks
3-Ingredient Chia Seed Pudding, with a Compote
Ingredients
Chia Pudding Mixture:
3 cups coconut milk (full fat/canned)
¾ cup chia seeds
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Compote Mixture (Optional):
5–6 rhubarb stalks, chopped
1½ cups strawberries
2 tablespoons maple syrup
⅓ cup water
top with shredded coconut flakes/cacao nibs
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix well the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and place in the refrigerator.
For the optional compote, chop up the fruit and add it to a small pot. Cook over medium heat or until rhubarb is tender, about 8 minutes.
Add mixture, maple syrup and water into a blender and blend until well combined.
Distribute chia seed pudding evenly into four glasses and top with the compote, once it has cooled. Place in refrigerator and allow to chill for up to 1 hour.
Serve topped with shredded coconut flakes and/or cacao nibs.

The Best Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
3 medium overly ripe bananas, mashed
¼ cup raw honey
¼ cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking soda (Bob's Red Mill or other quality soda)
2¼ cups almond flour (or use Paleo flour)
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease a standard loaf pan and set aside.
In a bowl, mix eggs, banana, honey, coconut milk, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine baking soda, almond flour, sea salt and cinnamon.
Combine both mixtures and stir until well incorporated.
Add in apple cider vinegar and stir until it is distributed throughout the mixture.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for 45–50 minutes.
