Success comes to those who tear and toss, plow and work hard, and not wallow on the couch, sipping beer and dreaming of millions. Success comes when an athlete in whom no one believes, despite the pain in every cell of the body, goes to training, and then this little boy becomes an Olympic champion. Success comes when a young student from a poor family knocks on the thresholds of potential investors, sits at night on his projects, and then becomes the head of a megacorporation. Success comes when a person, despite thousands of failures and falls, gets up and goes again to his goal. Before you say that life is shit, think about what you personally did to make your dream come true? How many nights did you not sleep? How many times have you quit your job no matter what? My legs hurt, I'm too tired, I don't have time, I'm not talented and other excuses for people rotting near monitors. Is it about you? Everything is possible in this life. Everything! If you believe in it and truly desire it.‌‌ @letslearnenglish25

8 RULES OF DISCIPLINE ✔️1° Act, do not wait for mood or special conditions. ✔️2° Decide to finish what you started. Don't let yourself give up once you've started. ✔️3° Be honest with yourself and immediately "catch" yourself trying to find excuses. Often this is just an excuse for idleness. ✔️4° Plan, break big goals into small steps. Mark these steps on the calendar, cross off what you have done every day. ✔️5° Remind yourself how good you will feel when you achieve all your goals, how much better your life will be. ✔️6° Prioritize. Distinguish the temporary from the permanent. ✔️7° Try not to waste time, limit the time of computer games, movies and TV shows. ✔️8° Spend time with people who also practice discipline. Together you can support each other and achieve so much more.‌‌ @letslearnenglish25

Do you think you can take your speaking skills from 6.5 to 7.0 or even 8.0 in a couple of months? If you do, you are totally right. ✅️ When I took my first IELTS exam, I was fortunate and blessed enough to get 7.0 on speaking. However, after taking IELTS for the second time, I have realised that there is more to the speaking than just answering all the questions like a robot. As soon as you enter the room where you will be taking your speaking test, try to be as friendly as you can. Grin at the examiner and keep eye contact at all costs. Plus, attempt to be natural whilst answering questions. Never ever think about giving memorized answers. Since it is so easy for an examiner to detect that. If you get a part 2 cue card and you have never no idea how to talk about that topic, make it up. Improvisation is indispensable at that time. Speaking is better than freezing. So, don't worry and make it work. If possible, crack some jokes 🤣 while speaking. Make her and yourself comfortable during your speaking exam. One of the most effective ways to ameliorate your spoken English can be done through YouTube videos and deliberate speaking practice. In a nutshell, emulate native speakers when watching videos. Learn how they use their body language and learn how they pronounce certain words. Having done so, after a few weeks, you will come to realise that what you did has helped you immense to speak a lot better English than you did, say, a number of days ago. I hope, this is going to be practical for your preparation. Happy learning and preparation ✨️ @letslearnenglish25 @letslearnenglish25

The magic of progress is that it's happening even when you don't feel, see, or hear it. @Letslearnenglish25

Stop for a moment. And think of watching a tree. I know. It's a strange request. But stick with me. Have you noticed that if you sit and watch a tree, you never see it growing? But if you look at a tree at the start of spring and again at the end of spring, you see all the changes? It's clear that the tree has been growing the whole time. You just didn't see it at the moment. The same is true with your progress. The truth is, if you practice consistently, progress is happening. So here's a question for you: Think about your English 1 month ago. (Or 6 months ago. Or 1 year ago.) @Letslearnenglish25

EXERCISE for working out NEGATIVE beliefs📔 1. Write down all your negative attitudes on a piece of paper. 2. Next to each negative belief, write 3 positive attitudes. For example: “I will not achieve anything” - “I am sure that I will succeed”; "I'm good at my job"; "I will achieve things I can't even dream of." 3. Believe in positive attitudes, and say them when negative thoughts reappear in your head. You can live with negative beliefs, but getting rid of them will give you a POSITIVE MOOD: you will be able to believe in yourself, achieve your goals faster and find harmony😌‌‌ @Letslearnenglish25

A practical way to self-motivate Keep a "Success Journal" The Success Journal is a very effective tool for motivating yourself. It is a kind of diary in which you must record all your achievements. Even the smallest ones. This may be a successful acquaintance that happened on your initiative, praise from the boss for a well-prepared report, an increase in income, getting rid of a bad habit, etc. It is advisable to keep this diary every day, because any day is filled with many events, among which there will certainly be good ones. The more you write down, the more progress will be in your diary. Scroll through and read it every morning and evening, and whenever you are in a bad mood and feel low on energy, lack of motivation, or feel like you are standing still and not moving forward. A visual display of all your successes and achievements will give you a new positive charge and strength to continue acting.‌‌ #diary #jotdown #reflect @Letslearnenglish25

REMINDER Stop following the idea in your head that one day, when you succeed, you will become "someone". You are as important today as you will be when you succeed. Your life is as important now as it will be later. Strive to be the best version of yourself. Don't strive to be somebody. You already are. You just need to prove yourself. Live in the present and you will be where you belong.‌‌ @Letslearnenglish25

The main rules of life 1. Consider that great love and great success come with great risk. 2. When you lose, you don't lose experience. 3. Remember that what you want is not always what you really need. 4. Learn the rules so you know how to break them correctly. 5. If you made a mistake, immediately do everything to correct yourself. 6. Sometimes you need to listen to yourself, alone. 7. Feel free, but don't overstep boundaries. 8. Remember that sometimes silence is the best answer. 9. Live a decent life so that later, in old age, you have something to remember. 10. In disputes, speak only about the present, do not recall the past. @Letslearnenglish25
