Do I recommend using using the app "speaking assistant?! Yes and no! To me, it is better to simply familiarize yourself with the potential questions instead of trying to memorize all the answers. Practise speaking to everyone around you. Even if they don't know a word of English, just keep talking (sounds crazy, though). Plus, it would be a lot more helpful to spend a lot of time watching short videos in English. Why? Because watching movies can sometimes make you feel bored. So, you better watch short and intriguing videos. For listening, I used a few apps which came in handy during the process of my preparation for IELTS. One of them (incredibly practical) is Spotify. You can download it from the play market (Android) or app store (IOS). You will be able to access a plethora of podcasts there. Reading: I finished reading 2 books or so. Atomic Habits and Rich Dad and Poor Dad. What's more, I tried to read almost every single day. So, make a habit of reading, at least, 5 or 10 pages per day. Then, always use authentic practice materials just like Cambridge.

I always miss those good old days. I can say that I was carefree and didn't care much about anything. However, these days, you have a sense of responsibility for everything in your life. It involves your education, finance, social life, and you name it. The obstacles we now face make us more mature and stronger.

When I was a kid, there were some games which I grew up playing. My all time favorite game was GTA vice city. Second, gta San Andreas. And the game that I play up to this day is NFS (all versions) ranging from Nfs underground to most wanted. However, I need to upgrade my Laptop or computer to be able to try the newest racing games like Forza Horizon, etc. Interestingly, having played NFS and GTAs for such a long time enabled me to make some mods (modifications) on these games. I mean, I know how to add cars, different and better infrastructure and so on. I wish I could make some extra income playing my favorite games, but it is easier said than done. However, if it were feasible, I would never have to work a day in my life.

Drinking too much water Drink water when you're thirsty. Drinking too much water can even cause dehydration. If you are prone to kidney stones, drink at least 2.5 liters of fluid a day. Different factors determine how much water you need, but it's important not to have too much. 2. Drinking water too quickly When you drink water too fast, it can create swelling. 3. Drinking the wrong fluids Not all fluids hydrate you. Some can even dehydrate you. 4. Drinking while eating This can weaken your ability to digest foods, especially protein, and could lead to GERD or acid reflux. If you drink while eating, don't overdo it. It may be better to have something to drink 30 minutes before or after a meal. 5. Drinking cold water Drinking large amounts of very cold water may inhibit the vagus nerve, which is responsible for digestion. This may be more of an issue for those who already have digestive issues. 6. Drinking tap water There are chemicals and very small plastics in tap water that are not safe for the body. Get a good water filter to filter that out. Never ever sit under the AC for more than an hour. You want to know why? Well, I did so about a week ago and I, despite a lot of medicine, now have a flu. Plus, there is a strange pain that comes to/from my head. Maybe I just need to allow some time for it to get healed by itself. So, take good care of yourself.
