🔥Trump's Truth Social formally launching video streaming platform The Trump Media & Technology Group Corporation, which runs the social media platform Truth Social, announced on Tuesday that it is formally launching a "new live TV streaming platform and will begin scaling up its own content delivery network," according to a news release. The company made the announcement after "six months of testing on its Web and iOS platforms. The formal rollout will begin with streaming of live TV to the Truth Social smartphone app followed by delivering the content through streaming apps for home TV. "The streaming content is expected to focus on live TV including news networks, religious channels, family-friendly content including films and documentaries; and other content that has been cancelled, is at risk of cancellation, or is being suppressed on other platforms and services," the company said in the release. 🇧🇪🇪🇺❌🗣 Belgian police forcefully shutdown the National Conservatism Conference (NATCON 2024) in the name of "public safety" Police arrived shortly after the event began at the Claridge venue in central Brussels to tell organisers the event would be shut down. According to a report on social media, police arrived while Mr Farage was addressing the event, giving attendees 15 minutes to leave the venue. However, officers did not appear to force the event to shut down and speeches continued. Officers have now said they will not let anyone else into the venue and people can leave and not re-enter the venue. The conference has already had to move location twice after mayors within the Brussels region refused the meeting’s chosen venues.
