*Profile*
Experienced sailing-catamaran skipper, calm and discreet, comfortable handling a 45–55 ft catamaran in busy Mediterranean ports, anchorages, and offshore passages (including a Menorca–Sardinia leg, ~200 nm). Hands-on with day-to-day maintenance — engines, rigging, electronics — without expecting shore support.
*Required:*
RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore Sail (commercially endorsed) — or recognised equivalent
STCW Basic Safety Training (valid)
ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate (valid)
VHF/SRC Radio Operator licence
Minimum 3 seasons as skipper on sailing catamarans 45–55 ft
Documented offshore experience
Working English; Spanish a strong plus
Clean references from prior owners or captains
