ያልተመጠነ የሞባይል ስልክ አጠቃቀም ታዳጊዎችን ለአዕምሮ ህመም እየዳረገ መሆኑ ተመላከተ‼️ ያልተመጠነ የሞባይል ስልክ አጠቃቀም ታዳጊዎችን ለአዕምሮ ህመም እያጋለጠ መሆኑን ጥናቶች አመላከቱ፡፡ አሜሪካዊው የማህበራዊ ስነ-ልቦና ባለሙያ ጆናታን ሃይት ይፋ ባደረጉት ጥናት እንዳመላከቱት÷ የአዕምሮ ህመም የሚያጋጥማቸው በአስራዎቹ እድሜ የሚገኙ ታዳጊዎች ቁጥር ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ እየጨመረ መጥቷል፡፡ አሜሪካ ባሉ የኮሌጅ ተማሪዎች ላይ ባለሙያው ባካሄዱት ጥናት ከፈረንጆቹ 2010 እስከ 2018 ድረስ የስነ አዕምሮ ህመም ያለባቸው ታዳጊዎች ቁጥር በእጥፍ መጨመሩን ማረጋገጣቸውን ተናግረዋል። በ2020 ደግሞ ይህ ቁጥር በእጅጉ መጨመሩን ጠቅሰው፤ በተጠቀሰው ዓመት በአዕምሮ ህመም ድንገተኛ ክፍል በርካቶች ሊገቡ መገደዳቸውን አንስተዋል። በአዕምሮ ህመም ምክንያት ራሳቸውን ለማጥፋት የሚሞክሩ ታዳጊዎች ቁጥርም የጨመረ መሆኑን አመልክተዋል። እንደ አሜሪካዊው የማህበራዊ ስነ-ልቦና ባለሙያ ምርምር፤ እነዚህ የአዕምሮ ጤና ችግሮች የሚመጡት በአብዛኛው ዘመናዊ ስልኮች ታዳጊዎች እጅ ላይ በቀላሉ መድረሳቸውን ተከትሎ እንደሆነ ጠቁመዋል፡፡ በስልኮቹ ምክንያት ህፃናት ከቤተሰብ እና ከጓደኞቻቸው ጋር ትንሽ ጊዜያትን ብቻ ያሳልፋሉ ያለው ጥናቱ÷ በአንፃሩ ታዳጊዎች በስልኮች ቀጥታ ጨዋታዎችን (ኦንላይን ጌም) በመጫወት እና ማህበራዊ ሚዲያዎችን በመጠቀም አብዛኛውን ጊዜያቸውን ያሳልፋሉ ብሏል፡፡ በዚህም ታዳጊዎቹ ለኦንላይን ጌሞችና ለማህበራዊ ሚዲያ ሱሱ የሚጋለጡ ሲሆን ከዚህም ባለፈ ከእድሜያቸው ጋር የማይሄዱ እና ጎጂ የሆኑ ተንቀሳቃሽ ምስሎችን ሊመለከቱ እንደሚችሉ አስነብቧል፡፡ ታዳጊዎች ስቀው ተጫውተው እንጂ ትኩረታቸውን ስልክ ላይ አድርገው ማደግ የለባቸውም የሚለው ጥናቱ÷ ወላጆች የልጆቻቸውን ስልክ አጠቃቀም መወሰን እንደሚገባቸው እና በስልክ ምክንያት ከሚመጡ አደጋዎች ልጆቻቸውን ሊጠብቁ እንደሚገባ አሳስቧል።

#Update የ2016 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል ብሔራዊ ፈተና በሰኔ ወር እንደሚሰጥ የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት አሳውቋል። በዚህ ዓመት የሚሰጠውን የ12ኛ ክፍል ሀገር አቀፍ ፈተና ለመውሰድ ከ670 ሺህ በላይ ተማሪዎች ምዝገባ ማድረጋቸውን የአገልግሎቱ ዋና ዳይሬክተር እሸቱ ከበደ (ዶ/ር) በቅርቡ መግለፃቸው ይታወሳል፡፡ የፀጥታ ችግር ካለባቸው አካባቢዎች በስተቀር በአብዛኛው የአገሪቱ አካባቢዎች የተማሪዎች ምዝገባ መጠናቀቁም ተገልጿል። የፈተናው ሕትመት በቀጣይ ቀናት እንደሚጀመር ለኢሳት የገለፁት ዋና ዳይሬክተሩ፤ የ2016 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል መልቀቂያ ፈተና በሰኔ ወር እንደሚሰጥም አረጋግጠዋል፡፡ ለ3ኛ ጊዜ በዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ውስጥ የሚሰጠው ብሔራዊ ፈተናው፤ ዘንድሮ ለተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ እና ማኅበራዊ ሳይንስ የትምህርት መስኮች ለእያንዳንዳቸው በስድስት የትምህርት አይነቶች እንዲሰጥ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር መወሰኑ አይዘነጋም፡፡

" የ12ኛ ክፍል ፈተና ዝግጅት እየተገባደደ ነው ፤ በቀጣይ #የፈተናው_ሕትመት ይጀመራል " - የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት ለ2016 የ12ኛ ክፍል ሀገር አቀፍ ፈተና የፀጥታ ችግር በሌላባቸው አካባቢዎች ብቻ ከ670 ሺህ በላይ ተማሪዎች መመዝገባቸውን የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት አሳውቋል። የፀጥታ ችግር ካለባቸው አካባቢዎች በስተቀር በአብዛኛው ሀገሪቱ አካባቢዎች የተማሪዎች ምዝገባ ተካሂዶ መጠናቀቁን የገለጸው አገልግሎቱ ከ670 ሺህ በላይ ተማሪዎች ምዝገባውን ማከናወናቸውን ጠቁሟል። የፀጥታ ችግር ባለባቸው አካባቢዎች የሚገኙ ተፈታኝ ተማሪዎች ምዝገባ በዚህ ሣምንት ይከናወናል ብሏል። የፈተና ዝግጅት ሥራው የሀገሪቱን ሥርዓተ ትምህርት የተከተለ እና ተማሪዎቹን በአግባቡ መመዘን በሚያስችል መልኩ መዘጋጀቱን ተቋሙ ገልጿል። የፈተናው ዝግጅት እየተገባደደ መሆኑን አመልክቶ በቀጣይ #የፈተናው_ሕትመት እንደሚጀመር አሳውቋል። የዘንድሮ የ12ኛ ክፍል ሀገር አቀፍ መልቀቂያ ፈተና የመስጫ የጊዚ ሰሌዳ ወደፊት ይፋ እንደሚሆንም የሀገር አቀፍ ትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት መግለፁ ኢዜአ ዘግቧል። @tikvahethiopia

የፀሀይ ጨረር ጥንቃቄ ከዛሬ ጀምሮ እስከ መጭው ማክሰኞ በአዲስ አበባ ከሚያጋጥመው ከፍተኛ የፀሀይ ጨረር የተነሳ ከቀኑ ከ5:00—10:00 ጥንቃቄ እንደሚያስፈልግ መረጃዎች ያመለክታሉ።መረጃው ዛሬ March 16/2024 አዲስ አበባ የፀሀዩ ሁኔታ የአልትራ ቫዮሌት ጨረር በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ እንደሚረጭ የሚያመለክት ሲሆን የነገውን ትኩረት ሰጥቶታል።አልትራ ቫዮሌት ጨረር በተለይ ቆዳና ስነ ተዋልዶ ላይ ጥንቃቄ ካልተደረገ ጎጂ ነው። መለኪያው 12 ከደረሰ ደሞ በጣም ከፍተኛ ደረጃ ላይ ነው።መረጃው እንደሚያመለክተው አራቱ ቀናት በተከታታይ 12 ነው።ባለሙያዎች እንደሚሉት መፍትሄው በጠራራ ሰዓት አንድም በቤት(በሱቅ) ውስጥ መቀመጥ፣ ለእንቅስቃሴ ጥላ እንደሚገባ ይመክራሉ።

#ቲክቶክ ከቅርብ ጊዜ ወዲህ በዓለም ላይ ትልቅ ተፅእኖ የፈጠረው በቻይናው ባይትዳንስ ኩባንያ የሚተዳደረው " ቲክቶክ " የተሰኘው መተግበሪያ በአሉታዊም ይሁን አውንታዊ መንገድ ስሙ ይነሳል። በቻይና ያለው የቲክቶክ ይዘት እና በተቀረው ዓለም ያለው ልዩነት አለው የሚሉም ብዙ ናቸው። አንዳንድ ሀገራት ልጆች እና ወጣቶችን ከአጉል ባህል ለመጠበቅ በሚል በሙሉ ሲያግዱት ፣ አንዳንዶች ደግሞ ከደህንነት ጋር በተያያዘ ከመንግሥት ቁሳቁሶች ፣ ከመ/ቤቶች አግደዋል። ለመሆኑ ቲክቶክ በቻይና እና በተቀረው ዓለም ይለያያል ? ትሪስታን ሃሪስ ፤ የቀድሞው የጉግል ሰራተኛ እና ለማህበራዊ ሚዲያ ስነምግባር ተሟጋች ሲሆኑ ፤ በቻይና ያለው የቲክቶክ ይዘት እና በተቀረው ዓለም ያለው ይዘት ልዩነት አለው ባይ ናቸው። ዶዪን የቻይናው ቲክቶክ ልጆችን / ትውልድ ታሳቢ ያደረገ ነው ብለዋል። " የመተግበሪያው ባለቤቶች ቴክኖሎጅ በልጆች እድገት ላይ ያለው ተጽዕኖ በደንብ አድርገው የተገነዘቡ ናቸው " የሚሉት እኚሁ የማህበራዊ ሚዲያ ስነምግባር ተሟጋች ፤ " በቲክቶክ የሀገር ውስጥ (ቻይና) ስሪታቸው ከ14 ዓመት በታች የሆኑ ታዳጊዎች ፦ * በቤት ውስጥ ሊያደርጓቸው የሚችሏቸው የሳይንስ ሙከራዎችን፣ * የሳይንስ እና ሌሉች ሙዚየም ኤግዚቢቶችን * የሀገር ፍቅር ቪዲዮዎችን፣ * ትምህርታዊ የሆኑ ቪዲዮዎችን ያሳያሉ " ብለዋል። እንዲህም ሆኖ እራሱ በሀገሪቱ ያሉት ታዳጊዎች / ልጆች በቀን ውስጥ በቲክቶክ ላይ የሚያጠፉት ሰዓታቸው የተገደበ መሆኑንም አንስተዋል። በዩኤስ እና ቻይና በታዳጊዎች ላይ አንድ የተደረገ ጥናት እንደነበር የሚያነሱት ተሟጋቹ ይኸውም " ወደፊት የምትፈልጉት የምኞት ስራ ምንድን ነው ? " የሚል እንደሆነ በዚህም ውጤቱ ፦ - በዩኤስ ውስጥ ቁጥር 1 የማህበራዊ ሚዲያ ተፅእኖ ፈጣሪ፤ - በቻይና ደግሞ ቁጥር 1 #የጠፈር_ተመራማሪ የሚል እንደነበር ገልጸዋል። ከዚህ ወራት በፊት የቲክቶክ ዋናው ስራ አፈፃሚ በአሜሪካ ኮንግረስ ቀርበ ጠንካራ ጥያቄ በቀረበባቸው ወቅት አንዱ የተነሳው ፤ በቻይና ያለው ቲክቶክ ለልጆች የሚያስተዋውቀው ፦ ° ሳይንስ ° የሒሳብ / ሌሎች የትምህርት ቪድዮዎችን ነው ፤ የሚያዩበት / የሚቆዩበት ሰዓትም ገደብ አለው ዩኤስ ውስጥ ግን የሚገፉት ቪድዮዎች ልጆች ራሳቸውን እንዲጎዱ የሚያደርግ ነው ይህ ለምን ? የሚል ነበር። ቲክቶክ ሱስ የማስያዝ አሰራር እንዳለው የሚያነሱ ሌሎች ባለሞያዎች የሰዎችን ስሜት በማንበበ ረጅም ጊዜ እዛ ላይ እንዲያሳልፉ ያደርጋል ባይ ናቸው። ለታዳጊዎ/ልጆች ተብሎ የተለየ ስሪት ስለሌለው ይተቹታል። በቲክቶክ ላይ የመቆያ ጊዜ እንደ #ፍላጎት እና ያልተገደበ መሆኑም በተለይ ለወላጆች ፈተና እንደሆነ ያነሳሉ። ምንም እንኳን በተለይ #አሜሪካውያኑ እያደረሰ ነው የሚሉት የማህበራዊ ተፅዕኖው እንዳለ ሆኖ ከደህንነትና ከቻይና ጋር ባላቸው ሁኔታ እንዲታገድ ወይም ድርሻ #እንዲሸጥላቸው በይበልጥ ቢፈልጉም በርካቶች በትውልድ ላይ ቀውስ እየፈጠረ ነው ፣ ቁጥጥርም የለው በሚል እንዲታገድ / የይዘት ቁጥጥር እንዲደረግበት ይፈልጋሉ። ከዚህ በተቃራኒው ቲክቶክ በዩኤስ ሆነ በሌላው ዓለም የበርካታ ወጣቶችን ህይወት በገንዘብ ቀይሯል። በርካቶችን ለብዙሃን አስተዋውቋል። ብዙ ገንዘብ እንዲሰሩም አድርጓል። አልጎሪዝሙ በትንሽ ድካምና ስራ ሚሊዮኖች ጋር ማድረስ መቻሉ ሰዎች በአንድ ሌሊት ብቻ የዝና ማማ ላይ ቁጭ እንዲሉ አድርጓል። ከደህንነት ጋር በተያያዘ ለሚነሱ ሰፊ ጉዳዮች አስተዳዳሪዎቹ የተጠቃሚዎችን ምንም መረጃ ለቻይና መንግሥት አሳልፈው እንደማይሰጡ ደጋግመው ተናግረዋል። ሌሎች ወቀሳዎችንም አጥብቀው ይሞግታሉ። @tikvahethiopia

የሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርታችሁን በእንግሊዝኛ ቋንቋ መማራችሁን የሚገልጽ ደብዳቤ (Letter of Proficiency) እንዲፃፍላችሁ የምትፈልጉ አገልግሎቱን ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ማግኘት ትችላላችሁ። ተገልጋዮች ወደ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ስትሔዱ ማሟላት የሚጠበቅባችሁ፦ ➧ 12ኛ ክፍል ማጠናቀቃችሁን የሚገልፅ ሰርተፊኬት (አንድ የማይመለስ ኮፒ)፣ ➧ በቀድሞው የትምህርት ፖሊሲ 10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቁ ከሆነ፥ 10ኛ ክፍል ማጠናቀቃችሁን የሚገልፅ ሰርተፊኬት (አንድ የማይመለስ ኮፒ)፣ ➧ ማንነታችሁን የሚገልፅ የታደሰ መታወቂያ/ፓስፖርት/መንጃ ፈቃድ ከማይመለስ አንድ ኮፒ ጋር ማቅረብ። አገልግሎቱ የሚሰጠው ሰኞ እና ሐሙስ በሥራ ሰዓት ብቻ መሆኑን ሚኒስቴሩ ገልጿል፡፡
