Talab: *O'zbekcha, Ingilizchani advanced bilishi(Ruscha esa plus lekin majburiymas.) *Kompyuterda ishlay olishi(Microsoft office, google docs) *koordinatorlik qobiliyati(tashqi va ichki tashkilotlar bilan muloqot qilish, va topshiriqlarni yaxshi uddalash.) Siz ushbu tashkilotning Surxandaryodagi Coordinator i bo'lib ishlaysiz. Full time Oyligi hali ma'lum emas. 40-70 foiz ishingiz Surxandaryo bo'ylab sayohat qilishdan iborat. A piece of advice about speaking. A couple days ago one of my students asked me a question. The question was like that: Which one is more effective; practising speaking with a girl or with a boy🤔. It sounds weird, doesnt it?. And I guess it is totally up to your preference. If you can express your thoughts to girls accurately then go with practising with girls or otherwise. If you really like speaking to yourself, it also can be affective. Shortly, make your speaking environment as you like or create your own atmosphere which really can help you improve. If you are a foreign language teacher you absolutely see a lot of learners complain about their speaking not enhancing. But accept the idea of some language learners can learn fast and some acquire slowly. So firstly find out what kind of learner you are and stick to that but dont give up. In fact every person is able to speak in another language, no exceptions. Being able to speak in a language is usually time consuming process. By: @scorpion_1102

25 English Language Teaching Experts arrives to Uzbekistan as Part of the English-Speaking Nation (ESN) Program Tashkent, Uzbekistan, August 2, 2021 – Advisor to the Minister for International Donors & Projects at the Minister of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ulugbek Kasimkhodjaev and U.S. Embassy Tashkent Cultural Affairs Officer Joanne Kramb welcomed 25 American English Teacher Experts to Uzbekistan as part of the English-Speaking Nation: English Summer Excellence Training (ESN: ESET). These 25 English Teacher Experts will join seven locally embedded American Teacher Coaches in conducting a 108-hour English language training for over 420 Uzbekistan secondary school English teachers. The real reason behind their success is the years of exposure to the language, but we want to believe it is doable in a short period. Unfortunately, that's not how language learning works, period!
